Most items on Hwang Bishop designs take between 4-7 weeks to ship.  Each of our pieces is hand built and custom cast at the time of order.  Please see the individual product description for a more precise shipping time.

Items in our Shoppe Section are ready to ship within 5-7 business days.  We ship our items via UPS Ground which typically takes 3 - 5 days.  You can expect an over all delivery time of 8 - 12 days from the time you place your order.

We ship anywhere within the contiguous US! 

A lot of our packages are fairly sizable to ensure products are shipped safely.  Because of this we do not ship to PO Boxes. If you have any questions regarding shipping please email info@hwangbishop.net 

All of our pieces at Hwang Bishop Designs are made to order, due to the nature of our process we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage / defect. 

We understand the shopping online can be tricky - especially when getting a sense of glazes, colors and finishes.  If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate reach out to us prior to placing your order. 

Due to differences in monitors there may be some variation in color between the actual finish colors and the final colors when viewed on your screen.  We do not guarantee a color match with your screen image.  If you are interested in matching a particular color, email us for a swatch at info@hwangbishop.net or visit our Finishes / Samples page for references! 

Please Note: We sell a handmade product.  Variation, particularly in glaze application should be expected and celebrated.

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products.  If you received a damaged or defective item please get in touch with us ASAP!

Please keep all of your packaging, all of our products come UPS insured, and UPS might want to inspect the item for damages.

Snap a few photos of the broken items and the packaging it came in as soon as you can after opening, especially if the box arrived really banged up. Send an e-mail to info@hwangbishop.net letting us know what items have arrived broken and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to facilitate the return process.
